As part of her academic work, she led the preparation of a case regarding congenital agenesis of the right coronary artery (RCA)\u2014a rare cardiovascular anomaly\u2014and co-authored a case on apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in a resource-limited setting, highlighting the challenges associated with disparities in healthcare access. This experience strengthened her skills in research, clinical analysis, literature review, and scientific presentation, while also providing the opportunity to represent Ponce Health Sciences University and the San Lucas Episcopal Medical Center on a national academic stage.
